Why We Built This Site
Colorado provides public routes to hearings and court files, but custody matters. The Alamosa Combined Court clerk maintains County Court and District Court records, including the chronological Register of Action, while the City of Alamosa keeps its own ordinance and municipal-ticket files. The Judicial Branch Docket Search lists scheduled events; CoCourts offers paid, nonofficial ROA data; official pleadings, orders, and certified copies come from the clerk. This site organizes those local contacts, case-number fields, portals, and request steps so each kind of record can be sought from its actual source.
What You Will Find Here
- Case lookups: ways to use the case lookup by party, attorney, or case-number parts
- Record requests: how to seek court records, an ROA, or certified documents from the clerk
- Docket references: local steps for criminal docket searches and civil docket searches
- Hearing settings: how to read court dates and verify a changed Alamosa setting
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not part of the Colorado Judicial Branch, Alamosa County, a municipal court, or any clerk's office. Those boundaries mean we cannot:
- Issue a certified docket, order, or filed document
- Reset, cancel, or verify a hearing for the court
- Seal, remove, correct, or amend a docket entry
- Retrieve an official case file on a visitor's behalf
- Interpret a ruling or provide legal advice
- Promise that an operational detail has not changed since publication
An official or certified Alamosa County court record must come from the clerk or court that maintains it. This reference can identify that source, but it cannot authenticate the document.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, result sets, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports free access to this reference. We do not decide what a partner charges, stores, or returns.
